A truly holistic approach to helping you succeed.

MATTHEW BONINE, EA
Matthew Bonine, EA is a business strategist, tax professional, and entrepreneur who believes the best business advice comes from someone who's been in the trenches. With firsthand experience running businesses—both successes and failures—Matthew combines practical expertise with a deep understanding of what it takes to thrive as a business owner.
Matthew began his professional journey at a full-service tax firm in New Braunfels, Texas, before pursuing his dream of becoming an FBI Special Agent. When an injury ended his training, he redirected that same determination toward entrepreneurship, returning home to launch his own business supporting other business owners. As an Enrolled Agent with the IRS, Matthew has the credentials to represent clients before the IRS and provide high-level tax preparation and strategy—but his approach goes far beyond tax returns.
Today, Matthew works with clients across industries—including construction, consulting, pharmacy, real estate, retail, and trades like HVAC—offering tailored advice on everything from operational strategies to financial management. His goal is straightforward: help businesses optimize resources, improve processes, and find opportunities to save and reinvest so that the business supports their family and personal goals, not the other way around.
Deeply rooted in his community, Matthew serves as Board President for Connections Individual & Family Services and actively contributes to church ministries and nonprofit initiatives. He and his wife, Kaci, have been married since 2011 and are raising three elementary-aged children. The BO9s enjoy Longhorn football, outdoor adventures, sports/activities, board games and movies.
Matthew’s passion for people and commitment to empowering small businesses are at the heart of everything he does, making him a valued partner for entrepreneurs looking to achieve their goals and build their dreams.
